We Like This. February 1, 2012.

It is a new month and with that comes changing up your workout. Want celebrity arms? Well, you’re in luck! Let’s end February with arms even Michelle Obama would envy.



Workout 1:

  1. Bench Dips
  2. Standing Dumbbell Curl
  3. Dumbbell Overhead Lateral Raise
  1. Pulley Push Down
  2. Cable Curl
  3. Dumbbell Alternate Arm Front Raise

Workout 2:

  1. Push up
  2. Inverted Pull Up
  3. Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
  1. Triceps Kick Back
  2. Barbell Curl
  3. Reverse Fly

Superset each group – 12-15 repetitions for 3 sets.  Rest for 1 minute between each round.  Do each workout once per week, with a 2 day rest between workout 1 and workout 2.
