Meet Peter Holmes

Peter Holmes is the President of That Gym Guy Personal Training and Fitness. Peter has developed, owned and operated fitness companies for the past 20 years. During this time, Peter was actively involved in designing and implementing fitness programs for a diverse client population. Peter has trained five year olds, athletes, senior citizens and adults. He specializes in:  athletic performance enhancement, rehab, post-rehab fitness and Z-health. Most of Peter’s clients are looking to lose weight and gain muscle.

Peter says, “My job is to inspire, educate and motivate my clients while providing appropriate fitness progression for each of my clients through a comprehensive nutrition and exercise plan.”
