CELEBRITY ARM WORKOUT
- Bench Dips
- Standing Dumbbell Curl
- Dumbbell Overhead Lateral Raise
- Pulley Push Down
- Cable Curl
- Dumbbell Alternate Arm Front Raise
Workout 2:
- Push up
- Inverted Pull Up
- Standing Dumbbell Shoulder Press
- Triceps Kick Back
- Barbell Curl
- Reverse Fly
Superset each group – 12-15 repetitions for 3 sets. Rest for 1 minute between each round. Do each workout once per week, with a 2 day rest between workout 1 and workout 2.
