It is a small-known fact that Superbowl Sunday is the second largest day for consumption in the United States. The first? Thanksgiving.
To be fair, I was ill-prepared to face the Buffalo Chicken Dip with Lays Potato Chips, the Macaroni and Cheese covered in cracker bites and the Double Chocolate-Fudge Brownies with M&Ms on top. I was full after the dip . . . and before the Kickoff. But I persisted on.
