Easy Creole Okra and Shrimp (Serves Eight)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 3 Cooked Andouille Sausage, Cut Into Quarters
  • 1 (10 ounce) Package Frozen Cut Okra, Thawed
  • 1 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning, or to Taste
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Pounds Peeled and Deveined Medium Shrimp (30-40 per pound)

Directions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the bell pepper and onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the okra, sausage, Cajun seasoning and salt. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shrimp and cook until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, 8 to 12 minutes.

Ready:  1 hour 15 mins

    i found a bug in this disavow tool !I made my list and when i want to add and upload my list nothing happens.i was wondering why, because my other list upload at the first time. I spend some time and i found a solution. Your tools just dont want to submit links when they are in format: my example(domain:e-xxxążxx.xxx.pl)- the problem seems to be the Ä…,ż letters. When i removed this site from my list, then the list uploads without any errors 😉

    About the cowboys missed tackles that list is only through week eleven and I think we all know that the shit didn’t hit the fan with our D until the late weeks of the season. I’d be interested to know how they finished on that list through 16 games.
