Meet Our Team

Adalberto Perez

Equally important to Adalberto’s experience and exercise philosophy is his martial-arts experience, which he began in early childhood and continues to this day. Several years ago, Adalberto took first place in a national Balintawak competition, a form of Filipino martial arts. Adalberto prides his style on motivating individuals to achieve personal goals and go beyond what they feel is possible. On principle, Al refuses takes ‘no’ for an answer – if he can’t provide a solution, he will find someone who will.

Al recently spent three months working with Elizabeth Ruiz, a finalist in the NBC program “The Biggest Loser,” on an intensive cardiovascular program that included boxing, running and martial arts to prepare for the show’s final measurements and end of the competition. Al currently trains and inspires clients at the Boston Sports Club on Providence’s East Side, and is the proud new owner of BodySense Massage on 14 Bassett St, also in Providence.
